The Upper Perk Police Department provides police services to the borough of Pennsburg which is located in the Northwestern corner of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Pennsburg Borough is just shy of a square mile with an approximate population of four-thousand residents. When an officer is not available the borough is served by the Pennsylvania State Police, Skippack Barracks.


The Upper Perk Police Department is committed to fair and impartial law enforcement services. Protection of life and property are the foremost priorities of this organization. Police department personnel strive for excellence through dedication, professionalism and the highest standard of integrity and as a result are better capable of providing compassionate assistance to all crime victims and an aggressive proactive approach to apprehending the criminal element.

The Borough of Pennsburg Civil Service Commission is accepting applications & resumes for the position of Full Time Police Officer.  Applications are available at Borough Hall during normal office hours of 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, or available online at the below link.
